  • Represented probate and trust beneficiaries to compel accountings, remove personal representatives or trustees, and recover damages against personal representatives or trustees who have misused assets or neglected their duties.
  • Defended trust and estate administrators who were being sued by creditors, heirs or beneficiaries of the estate.
