Mary L. Lohrke and J. Miles McFadden sponsored an “Ask an Employment Lawyer” booth at the Oklahoma Self Insurers Association (OSIA) Fall Conference held at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino on September 22, 2016. The booth was quite popular and ended with a drawing for a free Yeti cooler.

Mary was honored to be a guest speaker at the conference on the topic of workers’ compensation retaliation. Mary and Miles regularly represent employers in retaliatory discharge claims before the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Commission.
