Noteworthy Representations
- Successfully sued DHS for refusal to turn over records in violation of the Open Records Act. The district court’s order to turn over the records was affirmed on appeal.
- Successfully overturned the dismissal of an Open Meetings Act claim and obtained a decision ensuring all Oklahomans have a private right of action for violations of the Act.
- Sued state board of physicians for invasion of privacy and civil rights violations. The judgment in favor of plaintiffs is currently pending in the Maryland Court of Appeals.
