On July 19, 2017, Kimberly Lambert Love obtained summary judgment on behalf of a large aerospace client in the Northern District of Oklahoma. Plaintiff alleged that she was terminated based on gender and age discrimination and that she was denied training based on gender and age. The Court agreed with the arguments set forth by Defense counsel that the Plaintiff failed to show that her termination was a pretext for gender or age discrimination. The Court further agreed that the Plaintiff’s claim of failure to train was time barred because Plaintiff had failed to exhaust her administrative remedies regarding this claim.
