Titus Hillis Achieves a Pair of Successful Litigation Outcomes for Employers

Titus Hillis Reynolds Love's employment litigation team recently achieved two successful outcomes for employers facing claims asserted by separate plaintiffs. Kim Love and Mary Lohrke obtained summary judgment for an employer in a Northern District of Oklahoma case where the plaintiff asserted claims of sex discrimination under Title VII, retaliation in violation of Title VII, hostile work environment based on sex discrimination in violation of Title VII, constructive discharge due to hostile work environment in violation of Title VII, sex discrimination in violation of the Oklahoma Anti-Discrimination Act, retaliation in violation of the Oklahoma Anti-Discrimination Act, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The court entered summary judgment in favor of our client on all of the claims asserted by the plaintiff.

Additionally, Kim Love and Miles McFadden obtained summary judgment in a Northern District of Oklahoma case brought against another employer and successfully defended that decision when the plaintiff appealed to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. The plaintiff in that matter asserted age discrimination claims under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.

The employment litigation team regularly represents employers in state and federal court actions across Oklahoma. Please contact us if you would like to discuss any employment litigation matter your company may be facing.
