The American Arbitration Association (AAA) has appointed Tom Hillis to its panel of Employment Arbitrators. Mr. Hillis is a shareholder with the law firm of Titus Hillis Reynolds Love.

As a nonprofit organization, AAA provides alternative dispute resolution services to parties, including individuals and organizations, who wish to resolve legal conflicts outside of the courtroom. AAA serves in an administrative role, moving cases through the process in a fair and impartial manner.

As a member of AAA’s national panel of Employment Arbitrators, Mr. Hillis arbitrates employment disputes. Arbitrators are chosen for their expertise, integrity, and judgment.

Mr. Hillis has practiced law in Oklahoma for over 30 years. He practices in the areas of commercial law and litigation and employment law.
